Lion’s Mane: Unleash the Power of This Super-Mushroom!

Hericium erinaceus, sometimes known as Lion’s Mane, is a type of edible mushroom that is native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It is a member of the group known as dental fungus. It has a long history of usage in Chinese medicine, but today it is consumed all around the world for the nutritional and medical benefits it offers.

The use of the Lion’s Mane mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine dates all the way back to the Han Dynasty (206 BCE – 220 CE), when it was first documented. Primarily, it was utilized for the therapeutic benefits it offered, including the enhancement of digestion, the enhancement of the immune system, and the promotion of overall health and well-being.

According to the findings of a study that was published in 2019, taking three capsules of 400 milligrams each on a daily basis over a period of eight weeks helped participants with depression, anxiety, and sleep difficulties.

Extract: between 200 and 400 mg each day, depending on the strength of the extract.
